Lydia Nafula is a Research Scientist at the National Museums of Kenya (NMK), Cultural Heritage Department. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and a Masters in Development Studies. Lydia has worked on the development of several exhibitions such as Treasures of Kenya: Costumes and Ornaments and Kanga Stories: The Cloth that Reveals. She is part of the NMK Science and Ethics Committee (SEC) that oversees biannual science expos and conferences, and the Heritage Science News (HSN) Editorial Team that steers the process of coming up with quarterly issues of the Research Directorate Newsletter.
